2004 Monaco Monarch SE - Completely remodeled interior

2004 Monaco Monarch SE -118,000 miles Onan 5500 Generator - installed new in 2018 - regular oil changes and fuel filter changes with genuine ONAN parts Engine Oil Changes every 6000 miles

Modifications - Removed the table/dining area and put in free standing table and seating that can be used for storage or dog crates. It can be completely removed. Removed the 1/2 bath toilet and sink creating a full sized pantry/storage area. GREAT if you have children or pets that require a lot of extra things! (ex-pens - playpens - toys - strollers - etc.) Plenty of room to add a closet pole for more hanging storage.

Installed a new color backup camera.

Removed the double door RV refrigerator and replaced with residential 13CU. Ft. Galanz. It literally has never been used, and still has the plastic shipping wrap on the front.
Subflooring replaced with 3/4” PVC sheets. They are waterproof and fireproof and create a lot of insulation, making the coach very quiet.

Original TV’s replaced with flat screen 36” in the front and 30” in the bedroom. Removed the original satellite dish (not working) and replaced with a smaller, more efficient king dome set up for DISH satellite.

A new Kool King a/c was installed in the front in 2022 as was a new thermostat. All cabinetry was removed, sanded, repainted and reinstalled with new hardware.
