Pop up tent trailer

1996 Jayco Jay series 1206 pop up with toilet and shower. Great trailer for small tow vehicles, and a good start up for beginning trailer users. We have redone all the curtains and put on seat covers and in the last year we have replaced the ceiling vent and toilet motor. Tires are 2 years old. We loved the trailer and used it all the time but family got bigger so I have upgraded.

There is a small amount of swelling in the wood around the sink but other then that the trailer is in good condition.
