1987 holiday rambler aluma-lite 27 ft. Fifth wheel

Was stored in climate controlled storage for 30 years. 2nd owner. Used very little. Everything works. No leaks ever. New floor covering because carpet was old and dusty. Needs hot water heater (have electric instant water heater never been used) and a new canopy. Needs nothing else. Have all papers. Was used once before stored by an older couple that bought it new. Originally it had double bunk beds in master BR. They are still there but I added a queen bed over the top of them. Mattress brand new with mattress cover. Still has original dual 30 gallon propane tanks that I have filled once.
