Dent in back that caused hole and slight leakage through interior paneling. Needs to be resealed and interior paneling needs to be replaced incase of black mold. No actual water has come into the trailer only between the walls and ceiling and exterior fiberglass. Paint is well kept on exterior. 3200 lbs. Couch pulls out to full bed and top shelving pulls out to a twin bunk bed. Two skylights. Full kitchen that runs on propane. Full bathroom and big closet space. One skylight in kitchen and the other above shower. Besides roof or small hole needing to be replaced it can be fully functional with some love. Will take inside pictures and the two windows that are taped in the picture have been replaced.
