1996 Fleetwood Tioga

This rv is in great running condition. I have been traveling around California in it for about 14 months but am ready to sell and move on to other endeavors. The RV made at least 15 trips back and forth from LA to Sacramento foothills area through the Grapevine without any problems - this motor is strong!

Truck has fully functioning kitchen 4 burner gas stove and propane refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Double sink. Carpet has been removed and replaced with vinyl faux wood flooring for easy cleaning. Both truck AC and RV AC work great - the truck also has a propane furnace. There is a full size bed in the back with a foam topper(super comfortable), a full size bed above the cab, and the kitchen table folds down into a bed as well. Can sleep 6 total but 4 comfortably and still able to use dining area. The truck also has an incredibly large amount of storage. There are overhead bins around the entire truck as well as a closet with hanging space, as well as storage on the outside of the truck. Prívate bathroom Area with shower and toilet - septic and grey water tanks in truck are all in working order. The house battery bank has been upgraded as well for longer runs without a plug in. Truck also has a back up camera.

have some wear and tear for its age but everything is working better than ever and in great condition for the age.

Things that need to be repaired: window blinds are broken on 2 windows and need to be replaced, a cushion for the dining table is...
