Our intention when purchasing this camper was to travel the country with it and park in on a piece of land and live in it while building a home. Plans changed drastically shortly after we purchased it. It was purchased in Tallahassee, FL. Taken as far as Pensacola, FL. Now resides in Panama City, FL. Everything is in great condition, in some cases better than brand new, as everyone knows brand new campers come with a world of problems that you fix with warranty. All needed warranty work has been done. It is missing the Sofa set and the counter top where a full size dishwasher has been installed and not yet put back together. The awning has some stains, but otherwise in great shape. Other than these miner things this is a very lightly used camper, that has been maintained, and taken care of. We have also installed a 50 amp PMS to protect from faulty power posts and surges. It has a brand new Controller for the auto leveling and hookup system that was replaced by the warranty among other little things here and there. Will also come with a very nice stabilizer/sway bar and weight distribution hitch.

We are only asking for $30,000 as this is about what we owe on our loan. We are not interested in recouping any money we've lost.
