2020 forest river Rockwood ultra lite 2896MB

We have lived in it for over 1 year in San Diego and just brought it out to Virginia Beach. Little things we have done:
- replaced the 6 gallon water heater(12 Volt) with a tankless water heater, (unlimited hot water) uses 49% less propane than original water heater. Use without needing to be hooked up to power.
- comes with two 30lb propane tanks and including two 100lb propane tanks. Go months, if not the entire year without needing to refill propane.
-Roof has been taped with enternabond (super adhesive rv roof tape) on all seems. On any possible areas where water could leak in.
-Both axles have been lubed IAW Dexter easy lube procedures.
- queen size bed has been removed for king size bed.
- Removed pull out couch from second bedroom for added space. (prepared room for baby with crib. Can keep crib or remove and put a couch in place or leave empty upon request.)
- 55 inch tv has been added in place above fire place and two movie speakers have been added for optimal movie surround sound experience.
- best feature about this rv is the pivot point king pin hitch. Have a short bed truck? Don’t want a sliding hitch taking up all your bed space? Pivot point king pin hitch allows the pivot point of the rv to be placed right above the tail gate. No need for a slider hitch.
