04 Northwood Arctic Fox

04 Arctic Fox 35ft. Good condition with the exception of four things so I'll start with the biggest thing first. 1.) Needs new tires. There is a spare incase you were wondering. I purchased rv 2 years ago from an attorney who is from Mississippi and had moved the rv to the park where it sat for 4 years before I bought it and then it sat another 2 years until about a month ago when I moved out of the park and presently is in Lavon. So while the tires look good from a distance and the treads are all good they unfortunately are dry rotted. 2.) Needs a new bathroom skylight I believe that they are around 25-30 dollars. 3.) The window in the door is not the right size. It was that way when I bought it and never bothered me so I just didn't replace it. 4.) The refrigerator. Now I don't know too much about appliances but I do feel confident when I say I believe it is something very simple and anyone who does know a little more than I do isn't going to have a tough time figuring it out. It could be the outlet or the electronic panel or even a fuse but I honestly don't believe that there is anything major wrong with it. As far as the price it's negotiable because of the furniture. I don't know if you will want any, some or all so that is up to you. I can tell you it's in excellent condition and everything is less than 2 years old and purchased from either Wayfair or Overstock.
