Like brand new! Super clean! Has been either garage kept or covered since we have owned it! Only used 4 times and washed/waxed after each use. Will include a weight distribution hitch with anti sway (bought new would be $600). Has one queen bed and jackknife sofa that makes another bed that would sleep one adult or possibly two children. So, sleeps 3-4 people. Comes with folding dining table that you can use for indoor dining in front of the sofa. We typically eat all of our meals outside when we camp unless it’s raining. Bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet, sink, vanity and wardrobe. Also, outdoor shower.
