Fleetwood Bounder for sale

This is a well maintained Class A Motorhome. Interior is clean and neat. Just replaced the roof last fall this included the wood underlayment and the rubberized outer covering. The exhaust vents, kitchen vent, sewer vent, vent covers and storm covers were all replaced as was the sky light for the shower when the roof was replaced. both slideout canopies were replaced at the same time. The Allison transmission was serviced with filter and Delvac Transmission fluid as recommended by Allison transmissions. The Onan 5500 Generator has been serviced at regular intervals as required and works great. Both front and rear AC units were removed, cleaned and reinstalled when the roof was replaced. All appliances are in good working order. This great motorhome has a self leveling system that makes it easy to level and set up. The hot water heater and refrigerator operate off of either propane or electric. The electrical system is 50/30 amp with a power monitoring panel. the AC converter is also new it was replaced in November 2019.
This Motorhome is a turn key unit, everything needed to go RVing is included in the sale price. It has a King tailgater Dish network system installed with receiver's for both Flat-screen TV's.
