I've had some good times with this baby, but situations change, and now I'm ready to sell it and move on to other things. This is a shorter bus – stated as 36 passenger, length is roughly 22 feet. The bus is fully converted into a living space. It has both solar and shore power options.

I purchased the bus from the Beaufort County (North Carolina) school system, so it was well maintained during its service there. The school system provided me with all maintenance documents related to this bus; prospective buyers are free to peruse them. Documentation can also be provided for any repairs I've had done. Bus was bought summer 2017. Conversion took roughly a year.

Bus is registered as a “house car” in North Carolina. This means the bus requires an annual state vehicle inspection. You do not need a CDL to drive the bus, nor do you have to worry about a federal inspection. Interior living area is insulated with spray foam! Yes, this includes floor, ceiling, all walls, as well as both custom doors!
