Full size new couch with queen bed fold out, large 5 blade ceiling fan, automatic thermostatic controlled exhaust fans in bed room & kitchen, separate toilet room from shower & sink, electric leveling legs front & rear, new landing legs & heater element, all in great shape, and interior like new. Never lived in, just 1-2 week trips a few times a year. New tires about 600 miles ago. Corian counters in kitchen, lots of storage space. Everything works great. Sleeps 4.
