Seller Number: 740914. For sale by owner My wife and I purchased this camper 2 years ago and planned on restoring her for use in our retirement. Unfortunately, our plans changed expectantly and we have decided to sell. We realize that we have way more invested than we will ever get out of the sale (over 22k spent!) but we are willing to consider a reasonable offer. The repairs that we had made so far were with the anticipation of keeping her forever so we went with the best that we could. The repairs were made by Olympia Luxury Coaches in Nashville, TN whom sells and works on custom buses and motorcoaches. Some of the upgrades and repairs include:

� New wheel bearings and seals on all wheels.
� 6 new tires
� The entire roof was gone over. They removed the old roof coating, replaced any broken rivets, resealed the roof and installed 3 new Fantastic roof vent (one is a remote power vent).
� New Girard tankless water heater and controls.
� 2 new house batteries.
� Exterior lights replaced with LED bulbs.
� Propane system checked.
� New trailer plug.
� Tanks were drained and cleaned. Dump valves replaced. Waste Y plumbing repaired.

In addition to those repairs there is a Pioneer stereo system with new speakers. The sale includes the exterior folding steps shown in the picture and the tongue lock (not the wheel lock).
